The Emerald room upstairs was large and clean, with a small TV, otherwise pretty standard. The house has a big kitchen and dining room on the main floor, plus a TV and games room downstairs. There are outdoor games for the backyard too. We didn’t use those things, but they looked to be in good shape. Breakfast, check-in, and check-out are at Ambrosia reasturant, a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk away. You can choose anything from the breakfast menu, which is handy for picky eaters. One thing to keep in mind: the whole house uses a thermostat downstairs, with no separate AC units in the rooms. It wasn’t an issue for us in May, but could matter in July or August. Great guest house in Osoyoos, and we’ll be back.
