Adam's Airport Inn

The room was clean, and the hot breakfast included with the stay had a very good range of choices. I booked one night in a room advertised with a queen bed, but it felt more like a double. That was a smaller concern given the reasonable price, though it still seemed misleading. What bothered me most was the amount of religious material in the lobby, reception area, and my room. It made me wonder whether this was a hotel or a church posing as one for tax exemption. The staff also came across as unkind, disrespectful, and unfriendly, which didn't fit with Christian principles. Since the owner seems devout, I'd urge him to send the staff to church to learn kindness, respect, and manners. I'll stay somewhere else if I'm in Ottawa again.

Leon and his son worked so hard to look after me and my daughter, and the staff are what make this place special. They handled the city's power issue really well and went out of their way to help us. The rooms were great and nicely decorated, and breakfast was just right, with sausage, eggs, bacon, and more. This is my forever hotel when I visit Ottawa.

The breakfast was good, and the bed and room were so comfortable. My husband and I spent one night at Adam's airport Inn and had a delightful stay. They gave us such a warm welcome.

August was a total gentleman, with a lovely laugh and amazing customer service. The staff were all wonderful, and we felt right at home during our four days in Ottawa. The hotel was quiet, very clean, well priced, and in a perfect spot. The included breakfast may be the best I've had at a hotel, with eggs and bacon, cereal, fruit, and gluten free options. I also loved having a fitness room open 24 hours, since I'm up at 4am. The owner is a Catholic man who openly displays his faith, including on the sign outside and with the beautiful crucifix behind check-in. As a devout Catholic, I was pleased to see someone who wasn't ashamed of their faith. If that bothers someone, there are other secular hotels in the area, but I found it appealing and will definitely stay again. God bless!
