The decor gave the place a stylish feel without overdoing it, and the background music added a subtle, pleasant touch. Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient location, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The king bed was a highlight, very comfortable and great for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was solid, with a nice range of fresh food. I had a really good stay and would come back.

The front desk worker was incredibly nice and eager to help, and the hotel was great value, cheaper than others nearby while still being very nice. It’s walkable to the main attractions. The lobby, eating area, gym, and rooms were clean, and the newer areas looked fresh. Some things, like the room doors and kitchen microwave, seemed older, but everything worked. The rooms aren’t very soundproof, so we heard people outside our door loud and clear. The kitchen had dishwasher pods, soap, plates, utensils, and other amenities. Breakfast had pastries, fruit, coffee, and tea, but no cooked food.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms look nice, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of the problems I had. My bathroom wasn’t clean when I arrived, with hairs on the floor and toilet seat. The front desk phone had no live answer, only automation, so I went downstairs and asked for it to be cleaned and mopped. They came quickly, but after they left, there were still hairs on the floor. There was no hot water either, just lukewarm.

The staff were very nice, and no one did anything wrong. Still, the parking setup was a real problem. We came during Winterlude when downtown was obviously busy, and there was nowhere to park. The hotel has no designated guest parking and doesn’t reimburse paid parking; when we asked, they suggested places quite far away. I’m disabled and couldn’t drag my luggage across town to check in. The listing did say there was no on-site parking, and I missed that before booking because I assumed hotels had parking, so some of that is on me. But they need a better arrangement if they don’t offer parking. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the location is very central to downtown.
