The seating area was a nice place to relax and have a drink, and Muhammad Salah gave me especially good service that made the stay better. I also found the staff kind, helpful, and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Holiday Inn in downtown Ottawa is conveniently close to Parliament Hill, and I had an excellent experience. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Ottawa.

Our annual trip with 100+ Queen’s University students for the mock parliament in the House of Commons on the Hill went very smoothly at Holiday Inn Downtown Ottawa. The central location made getting to and from Parliament Hill convenient, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were patient, kind, and accommodating from check-in to check-out, even with a group our size. They made the students feel welcome and supported, which helped make the trip a success. As Logistics Director, I especially want to thank Niloo Izadnia for careful attention to detail before our stay, and Kelly at the front desk for patiently handling my many questions and requests. We'd highly recommend the hotel to large student groups or organizations. The Queen’s Model Parliament has nothing but good things to say.
