We spent over a year at Minto Suites - 185 Lyon St. North - while our Ottawa home was being worked on. The suite had lots of space, a great view, huge bright windows, and everything we needed, including a kitchen and laundry. The standout, though, was the staff across housekeeping, concierge, facilities and maintenance, and the Minto Fitness Centre. Andrews in concierge went above and beyond, and So in housekeeping was exceptional, even giving our cat extra TLC. Rich and his outstanding Minto Fitness Centre team, Aaron, Josh and Jayden, made us feel at home and kept supporting us after we left. We've joined again as members even though we're back home, because it was too good to give up. Thanks for a fantastic experience! Chris and Nora
