There are lots of room types and views, so check the website to find the one you prefer. I love looking over Sparks St from the heritage lofts. The gym is decent, there’s a cedar sauna, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is always very clean. It’s a really convenient spot for downtown meetings and getting to Parliament Hill. This really is the best spot.

This has become our go to hotel in Ottawa. Our executive one bedroom had a layout and amenities we really liked, with a full kitchen, plenty of storage, hanging closets and a workspace. The room was clean, fresh and bright with natural light. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and with easy access to transit. Highly recommended.

The room felt like new, the employees were great, and we had a wonderful time. We compared lots of places and nearly picked one with a supposedly better location, but they were all close to each other, so that wasn’t really an issue. Parking in Ottawa is rough, and this hotel is right across from and next to parking garages. There’s no restaurant or bar in the hotel, which is the only negative I could come up with. It didn’t cause us a problem since restaurants are within walking distance. This is a best bet!!!!!!

We were satisfied with this good quality condo hotel. The unit had one bedroom and a den for the three of us, and cost $331, with checkout at 11am. Parking was $42.94, from 1am to 3pm. I took off one star because the balcony was locked.

Great place, with a convenient location close to everything. The apartments are good size and just right. Front desk staff are amazing and accommodating. Josh and Mark were especially helpful. I’ll definitely recommend it.
