Le Germain Hotel Ottawa

Le Germain made for a restful, classy stay, and I really recommend it. The staff were so nice and accommodating that they even let me extend my stay free of charge until the afternoon. The rooms are big, the washrooms are amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. It's truly one of the most beautiful and nicest hotels I've had the chance to stay in.

The restaurant Norca is worth making time for, whether you eat there or order room service. My husband has brought me to this hotel twice, and it feels like a hidden gem. The place has a romantic, refined atmosphere, from the signature scents when you arrive to the elegant colors and carefully chosen furnishings. Every detail feels considered. The staff are warm, kind, and attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. If you're considering a stay, don't hesitate. You won't regret it.

Nic and Chris at the front desk really stood out. They were warm and professional, paid attention to details, and went out of their way to make everything right from check-in through check-out. Their hospitality made a real difference to the experience. I had an excellent stay at Germain Hotels and would gladly return. Highly recommend.

The staff were so kind and helpful throughout our wonderful stay at Le Germain. We loved the views over Ottawa, along with the great coffee and treats at the Jackson Cafe. I'd highly recommend it and would love to come back.
