I've stayed at plenty of hotels in Ottawa, but this is the one I keep returning to. It's right in the centre, a one minute walk from the Rideau Centre and five minutes from the Byward Market. The recently renovated rooms come stocked for either short or longer visits, with cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, a stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It feels more like a well-equipped apartment than a hotel, which makes staying here more comfortable. Families will appreciate the space to spread out and the chance to save money by cooking in the room. The staff are kind and helpful, make you feel at home, and know Ottawa inside and out. At check-in, manager Pierre was a highlight of the trip. He clearly cares about guests' experience and gave us excellent suggestions for places to eat and things to do downtown. I can't wait to visit again in the summer.

We rented two rooms for my family and me over family day weekend this year. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were wonderful. The service was amazing too. Mya was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thanks, Mya, for your hospitality. I really appreciate it all and hope to stay at Les Suites again soon!

This was my second stay in a single-room suite here, and I was impressed again. The suite has plenty of space, a full kitchen with utensils, laundry machines, and a balcony, which works especially well for a longer visit. It was consistently clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Getting around is easy: the VIA station is close, taxis stop right outside, and Rideau Center, ByWard Market, Parliament, and Alexandra Bridge are all within walking distance. Gatineau is just across the bridge. I’ll be back next time I’m in Ottawa.

The price was the lowest I found among comparable hotels nearby, which was a pleasant surprise given how comfortable the stay was. The rooms are genuinely spacious, with a kitchenette, dining area, and laundry in the unit, so it feels like somewhere you could settle in for a while. The place was quiet enough that I slept easily, with no noise from the halls or neighbors. It’s freshly renovated but still feels welcoming, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I’d stay here again for the space, quiet, and value.

Pierre was so kind and helpful, answered all our questions, and suggested places to visit in Byward market. We’ve stayed here twice now and have already started planning our summer trip. The location is hard to beat, and the price is especially fair when you book early. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We don’t want to stay anywhere else in Ottawa.
