The Century House B&B Ottawa

I could come and go with the keypad, and the free parking was a real help. The place was spotless, and breakfast was fresh, healthy, and really good. The host was kind and respectful. It’s in a fantastic spot, just two blocks from the University on a quiet street. I was also grateful to borrow a screwdriver while moving my kids out of University.

The rooms and lounge have such a calm feel, and the house is decorated with beautiful taste. Vittorio was welcoming and so friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed chatting with him, and he paid close attention to what would make guests comfortable, from the breakfast details to the time we chose to use the lounge. We stayed in room 4 at The century house from Jan 19th this year to Jan 22, and loved every minute. We’d absolutely recommend it, and if we come back to Ottawa, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The room was lovely and comfortable, and Vittorio was a very nice host. Breakfast, which he makes himself, was outstanding, and his restaurant suggestions were great. There’s parking, too. The location made this a fantastic find, just minutes from the Canal, Byward Market, and Parliament Buildings. We’ll be back.

Vittorio served us a wonderful breakfast and gave us helpful information and recommendations for the area. Thanks for making our Ottawa stay so enjoyable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this place. Breakfast is at 8am, and there’s one parking space available per room.
