Hotel Feng, BW Signature Collection

Breakfast was a letdown, with very few plant-based choices. I would have liked plant-based milk or creamer for coffee and cereal, and some potatoes or hash browns. The fridge in our room was so loud that we had to switch it off to fall asleep. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. We mentioned the hot tub's bad smell to the front desk. They said it was cleaned every night, but the smell was still there the next morning.

We had a great experience here with our school volleyball team. The staff helped us with printing and other requests, and the rooms were good, with a particularly nice bathroom. A few spots looked warm, though they seemed to be trying hard to keep the place looking nice. It's a great location, if a little way from the beach. I'd recommend it as a place to stay in Parksville.

The staff were so polite and helpful, and breakfast was really nice, as you can see in the photos. Our room was comfortable, clean and well priced. There's a small hot tub beside the indoor pool, which was nice.

The complimentary breakfast is served every day, and there's an indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are really spacious. One small thing, the bathroom toiletries are tiny, so bring your own. Great hotel!
