Lisa was a wonderful host, and I still find myself wishing for one of her homemade croissants. Her breakfasts were sublime. We stayed in a cozy room with a lovely view down to the lake, and two local wineries were close by. It was a delightful few days at this hideaway in the hills above Skaha Lake in Penticton. We very much hope to return.

Our breakfast baskets were generous, with fresh-baked muffins and croissants, and the room felt like a studio apartment, with everything we needed for mornings and evenings. We had a beautiful view during our four-night stay while taking in the CSSHL. Getting to our own door was easy, and Lisa communicated well. She had just taken over but seemed on top of things, even preparing another room for us on short notice. Exceptional service.

We felt safe and comfortable with the precautions Barb & Gary had in place during the pandemic. The food was fantastic, and we enjoyed their company just as much. Our suite was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed; having our own private patio was a real bonus. Barb & Gary have a beautiful home, and the location worked well. We'll stay again.

My boyfriend and I had such a peaceful, quiet week here, with beach views. The suite was clean and had a boujee feel, and Lisa's homemade breakfasts were phenomenal. This little slice of heaven deserves five stars. I'll be back next year, and I'd recommend it to couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The location was so convenient, and the hosts were kind and helpful. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. My husband booked this cute Bed and Breakfast for our week-long vacation, and I couldn't have been happier. The homemade breakfast every day was the best, especially those croissants. We'll definitely return.
