Balcomo, a Ramada by Wyndham

Even though the hotel is right by the highway, we couldn't hear traffic. Our room in the tower faced the golfcourse, and it was spotless. The king bed and pillows were both so comfortable that I haven't slept that well in many hotels. The staff were warm and friendly. We'll definitely stay again.

The pool, cold plunge, sauna and wellness centre are unbelievably good, easily like a high-end spa. The place feels like a resort, with great energy throughout. Our room was modern, spotless, beautifully updated and clearly well cared for. Add the friendly, attentive service and great location, and it's a hotel I look forward to returning to. Absolutely a standout! 😎

We held a small weekend retreat here, and the wellness centre was blissful. The sauna was wonderful, the salt room so serene, and the relaxation room worked perfectly for reading or co-working. The upgraded rooms were a pleasant surprise too. Having an extra sink and mirror beside the coffee station made sharing a room much easier. Looking forward to visiting again. A hidden gem in Penticton.

The room was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable. I also loved the lobby decor, which made the hotel feel like a five-star resort, and our bathtub was huge, big enough for two. We arrived on the evening of December 25,2025, and the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. A small gift for guests was a lovely surprise, and she mentioned she'd just made fresh coffee and invited us to help ourselves. The gated entrance to the rooms at the back helped me feel secure. Great experience, I'd recommend checking it out.
