A pretty beach is just a 3 minute walk away. The service was great, with staff who were super friendly and accommodating. The room was modest and decently clean, and suited what we paid. The fridge was loud at night and a bit distracting, but it was still great value.

The jacuzzi didn't work, though the room was clean and spacious.

The location is the only thing this motel has going for it. The website lists a pool and hottub, but neither is operating. The room had been cleaned, though there were old coffee grinds in the pot and it hadn't been washed. The mattress is past its prime too.

There was a condom and a single-use razor head in the sink drain, plus a broken gel nail on the floor. I might not have reviewed it if they'd handled my complaint better. When I said everyone has bad days and a refund should cover how disgusting that was, I got the runaround. My emails were returned blocked, and the manager never emailed after I called and left my number. I'll try again when it's convenient, but I shouldn't have to put in this much work.

The rooms are dated, but clean, quiet, comfortable, and have everything you need. Staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is perfect, just one block from beautiful Skaha Beach.
