My kids and I come back every year. The staff are helpful and great, and our room has always been clean and just the right size. The location is a good fit too, close enough to walk to the main strip but far enough away to avoid its hustle and bustle. We’ll be staying there again this summer.

The bed was comfortable and clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned more carefully. I was there for one night and felt a little uneasy being alone on the ground floor. Around 1 a.m. I woke up to someone banging on my door for several minutes and shouting, “Help me, I’m so cold.” There was no deadbolt, and I was too scared to look out the window. I wouldn’t stay again because of the safety issues.

Penticton’s best-kept secret. I’ve stayed here myself and sent several friends, and Harv and Raj take excellent care of their customers. The rooms are clean, the beds are great, and the pool is wonderful. Keep up the outstanding work, it gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

We had a great group vacation here, and the price was good for what we got. It’s dog friendly, and the staff were nice and helpful, especially Raj. The family rooms were convenient, with a kitchen, and they cleaned ours when we asked. The kids loved the pool, and there’s a nice outdoor area with tables for sitting and having a BBQ. You can walk to both the river and lake. Highly recommend.

We had 17 family members staying, and the staff managed to make it work. The beds were clean and comfortable, the kids loved the pool, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Good accommodation for the price, with convenient fast food nearby. We’d definitely visit again.
