The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was close to the park by the beach, lots of amenities, Walmart, Tim Hortons, and gas stations. We didn't use the pool, but it looked really nice. The room had a full-size fridge, microwave, small kitchen sink, and some dishes, though the dishes and drawer looked too dirty for us to use. The fridge could've used a good wipe too. The hotel is older and starting to look run down, with cracks and spiderwebs along the bathroom ceiling. The floor was very dirty when we checked in. My little one was about a year old, and her hands, feet, and legs were black. Staff came to mop after we asked. The bed was so uncomfortable, like sleeping on plywood. I guess you get what you pay for: decent price and great service, but just an okay room.

Slept really well, it was quiet at night. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the hot shower had great pressure. The owner even brought fresh towels without us asking. Would definitely come back.

The rooms were clean and the location was good. Staff were very nice, and when I accidentally left my phone behind, they went out of their way to mail it back to us. I really appreciated that.

The pool was refreshing, and the rooms were older but clean with comfortable beds. The location isn't bad, between the two lakes and close to a few things, though it isn't very walkable.
