Cormier's Studio

We liked being able to walk to restaurants and brew pubs in an interesting part of town, and we’ll definitely return. We’ve stayed at quite a few B&Bs, most of them pretty good, but this one is better than most in several ways. The rooms are laid out very well for comfort and efficiency, and they’re beautifully decorated with original artwork made by the hosts. There are lovely pieces around the property too. They’d also adapted to the pandemic as required, which helped us feel more secure.

Kena was a caring, lovely hostess who respected guests’ privacy while still showing interest. The room amenities made me feel at home, and parking was very handy. The home and grounds were immaculate, in a peaceful setting right in the heart of the city. Studio art is woven throughout the space and added a lot to the experience. I stayed four nights in late November 2017 at this beautiful, restful B&B, and I’m very happy I found it. I’ll return.

Kena is a wonderful host, and the simple breakfast included with the stay was great. The location is fantastic, about a five-minute walk to town. I’d absolutely stay here again. There’s so much good to say about this place.

We couldn’t find anything to fault. Our own patio and a very comfortable bed made the stay lovely, and the linens and towels stayed clean through the week. There was fresh home baking every day, with lovely artwork around the house and yard. The friendly, kind owner greeted us so warmly with a glass of wine. She even lent me an ice pack for my recent knee surgery. We loved this B&B. Thank you.
