The view from the hillside over the lake and vineyards was beautiful, and the many silkies among the chickens were adorable. Our family hosts were welcoming and helpful while still giving us privacy. The continental breakfast had fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, and porridge. We spent four nights in Munson View, at the far end of the property. The king bed was soft and inviting, and the room had thoughtful little touches, toiletries, and a hair dryer. Nancy was the best welcome committee I've met, especially if you love cats. She checked in often to see if we had what we needed, and Onyx was a sweetheart too, if you get to meet her. The whole property felt calm and restorative. I'd highly recommend it for a rural vineyard getaway just minutes from Penticton and several wineries on the bench.

Munson Mountain Estates was the perfect wedding venue for my husband and me. The lookout made a beautiful ceremony spot, with the lake and valley as our backdrop, and the greenery gave the grounds an elegant garden feel that still felt intimate and cozy. Our tent fit about 75 guests comfortably. We stayed on the property with some friends and family for the weekend, which gave us room and flexibility for getting ready, setting up, and cleaning up. The rooms were spacious, relaxing, and very nice, and being on site saved us stress and time. Gordon and the team were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the whole weekend easier. It's a stunning place for a stay or a wedding, and we'll look forward to coming back for our anniversaries.

The room was clean, comfortable, and really nice, and the owners were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Outlook, just up the trail. Our dog got sick, though we can’t be sure whether it was from being around the chickens. She recovered fine, but it’s something to keep in mind if you bring a pet.

We’d happily return to Munson Mountain Estates. The rail trail is easy to reach, and there’s a rustic path up Munson 'Mountain' nearby. It’s more of a hill, but the views are great. Our hosts were lovely, and the setting was beautiful. The Vineyard Room felt welcoming and authentic, with lots of windows and natural light, a comfortable bed, and easy parking. The layout was a little odd, with a couple of steps and an unusual shape, but we had a terrific stay.

The accommodations were clean and quiet, and the location was great. Take a short walk for coffee with a view over the lake.
