The breakfast was a nice touch, especially those really good sausages. The location is right in the middle of everything, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. G, the manager, deserves special credit for taking time out of his day to find clothes I'd accidentally left in the room. If I'm in PG again, I'd definitely stay here.

Rudy at the front desk was absolutely excellent when we checked in, and all the employees were nice and professional. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was a good size with nice furnishings, a small fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, and lots of plug-ins. The hotel was recently renovated from a Travelodge to a Bestwestern, and the work is generally good, though it still feels a bit like a cheap Travelodge in places. The hallways are quite low, as is the bathroom ceiling, which I imagine would be impossible to fix. When we arrived on Wednesday afternoon, the breakfast room hadn't been cleaned. Bacon and hashbrowns were still out in cold, switched-off warming trays that evening. Breakfast included egg rounds, bacon, hashbrowns, waffles, yogurt, toast, cereal, hardboiled eggs, juice, coffee, and tea. They use wood cutlery instead of plastic.

The recent renovations have left the place looking great, clean, and updated. Preet at the front desk was welcoming and kind, which made check-in easy and pleasant. I had a comfortable stay with excellent customer service, and would definitely come back.

There were no complaints at all, and the staff were wonderful. The day pass they offer for Gold's Gym, about a block away, was super convenient. We also used the self-serve laundry room, which was easy and convenient. We'll definitely stay again next time we're passing through Prince George.

I've usually had great service here, and the staff have been great, so it was a shame to see breakfast handled this way. I came down at 8:30, half an hour before it ended at 9, and there was no bacon or sausage, and the waffle machines were empty. When we asked, a staff member said breakfast was almost over and they weren't making more. With half an hour left, I think everything should still be stocked.
