Travelodge Prince George Goldcap

We arrived at a crazy hour, and they still got us a wonderful room. We were worried someone might take things from our truck and trailer, so they found us a spot under camera surveillance. It was easy to get in with the trailer and get back on the road in the morning. We’d definitely stay again.

The renovations have made the Travelodge in Prince George feel like a brand-new hotel, and it’s much better than before. My room was clean, modern, and really comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly, too. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!

Travelodge by Wyndham Prince George is right downtown, so restaurants, shopping, and local attractions are easy to reach. The rates felt affordable for the value, and the place had a cozy, welcoming feel. Staff were professional and friendly from the moment I arrived, and went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. Check-in was quick and easy. My newly renovated room was spotless, well kept, and had the essentials. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere quiet, and the Wi-Fi fast and reliable for work and entertainment. A great option for either business or leisure. I’d recommend it and plan to return.

The sheets hadn’t been changed, brown residue was on the sides of the nightstands, and the bathroom had fresh linens but hadn’t been cleaned. The pillow-top mattress was flipped upside down, so we had to sleep on the hard underside. It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen in all my travels. The front desk man was accommodating and showed us another room right away, but that one was also disgusting. We couldn’t stay, so we had to move hotels at 10:30 pm. I was told my refund would arrive in 2-5 business days, but it still hasn’t.
