The front desk staff were really nice and courteous, and I liked having a Roku TV so I could stream Netflix and Prime. The room was clean, though the toilet was elementary-school sized, lol. I was surprised the pet fee was charged per night, $50 for two nights. Everywhere else I've personally stayed has charged it once for the whole visit. The rate was also a little higher for our second night because it was a Friday.

The price was very reasonable, and the room had clean, comfy beds. The worker was friendly and helpful, and it was nice having a shared kitchen area with dishes to use. The floral deodorizer smell in our room was really strong, though it faded when we left the window open, so that's why I'm giving four stars.

We live off grid out of town, and stay here for our big shopping trips. The rooms are always clean and the beds super comfortable. The ladies have gone above and beyond when we've been in a bind. Thanks to the staff for such amazing customer service.

Whenever we drive through Prince George, we stay here. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and there's absolutely no perfume used in them. The staff are always wonderful and welcome our pets. This place is a gem.

Chaco's food was delicious, and you can order it as room service. The young man who delivered it was an absolute gem. The rooms were beautiful, clean, quiet, and super cute, and that bed is to die for. Justine at the front desk is such a beautiful person, super helpful, and full of personality. She had me laughing and really went above and beyond. The whole stay was 100%. I'll be back in six weeks.
