There’s been garbage all over the property for three weeks. Parking is another problem, there’s absolutely none, and you have to compete with the restaurant across the street. The bathroom heater doesn’t work despite me messaging a few times, so I’ve been drying my boots in the oven. The room is getting cleaned daily now, though there’s still old stuff left from the previous person. The boil-water advisory should be posted in the rooms too. People in town told me the water system is messed up, and while that isn’t the hotel’s fault, guests should be notified. The menu on the table is still wrong after I pointed it out, and cleaning has been hit or miss. I complained about the menu and the half-done cleaning and showed them what had been missed. Only one of the three things I mentioned was taken care of. There was still stuff on the table and in the shower. The TV remote doesn’t work, the furniture is falling apart, and there was an unknown sticky substance on the nightstand. Maybe they cleaned, but the same stuff was still there, along with mess in other places. I had to buy a pan because they didn’t have one. At least the cleaner does the dishes whenever they’re here, which I think is above and beyond, and keeps doing my laundry and folding it, way more than expected. They’ll be getting a tip. The room was dirty at first, and I’m glad I’m not paying the bill. I’m here for a long stay, so to be continued.

Megan met me when I pulled up and showed me in, answering all my questions. Housekeeping was great and service was awesome. I accidentally left my key fob in the room, but James remotely unlocked the doors so I could get back in. The complimentary items in the fridge were much appreciated. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with lots of space to relax, full kitchens with the necessities, in-suite laundry, comfy beds, and very clean bathrooms. My only real gripe was that the TV didn’t have some of the channels I wanted, though there were still plenty of choices. There are other decent places in Prince Rupert, but this gave me the best value for the money. I wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere.

I’m here for work in a one-bedroom suite and love it. It’s quiet, and the walk into town is short, though still worth mentioning. The room is warm, and the bathroom amenities from bath and bodyworks are wonderful. There’s a washer and dryer, a stand-up shower stall, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The Keurig has a variety of drinks, and the fridge comes with local beer, other beverage options, and a light breakfast, all complimentary. I’d stay here again and recommend it for long stays or anyone wanting to cook their own food.

The host really goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. It feels more personal and home-like than a hotel, and the rooms are clean, with complimentary food in the fridge. The location is accessible, and there’s wifi, laundry, a kitchen, and entertainment. I’d definitely stay again.

I needed somewhere in Prince Rupert at the last minute and picked this place at random. Really glad I did. It was super clean, had all the amenities I wanted, and the furniture was comfortable. The complimentary food in the fridge was especially appreciated since I got in so late. Looking for a good place to stay? You can stop searching.
