Sandman Inn Princeton

You get a bed and a private bathroom, which is what I needed, but the hotel is very basic. The dated rooms and decor need updating, and my shower and tub area clearly needed renovation. The pillows were my main complaint: cheap, lumpy, high foam, and awful. My coworker in another room complained about his too.

I’ve stayed here three or four times and will keep coming back because of Julie and Lonnie. Julie at the front desk has a great sense of humor, cares about guests, and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. The rooms are clean, quiet, and great value for the money.

Great price, clean room, comfortable beds, and very, very quiet. Julie at the front desk was the best part of our stay. She’s delightful, helpful, and fun, and since she lives there she makes sure guests don’t disturb each other. We’ll definitely stay again.

The building and rooms are dated and in rough shape, and the whole place needs a major update. Light came through all around the unsealed front door. On the stairs to the second floor, one section was loose and a steel post was rusted off. I wouldn’t plan another stay anytime soon. Hi
