The birthday dinner at Légende, the Michelin-starred restaurant connected directly to Hôtel des Coutelliers, was a perfect way to finish the night. The hotel made the celebration unforgettable. My husband surprised me with 36 roses and balloons, all arranged beautifully with help from the manager and staff. At checkout, the manager even sang Happy Birthday to me. We had a cozy, welcoming room and a very comfortable bed. The staff were warm, attentive, and sincere throughout. Breakfast was included and came in a lunch bag left outside our door, which was a thoughtful way to eat in our room. Reception could provide more food or coffee if we wanted it. Parking right in front cost 18 CAD a day with in-and-out access, and the location was excellent. Thank you, Hôtel des Coutelliers, for a birthday stay I'll always remember.

I've stayed here three times now and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are large, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They also handled my gluten-free and dairy-free breakfast needs. It's an easy walk to the local shops and restaurants, and the train station is very close.

The staff were attentive before arrival and helpful with recommendations, and booking through Booking was easy. The location is great, in a nice area that isn't as loud or busy as downtown. It's about a five-minute walk to the train station, handy if you're catching a train to Montréal. Breakfast is included, and there's a workspace and gym downstairs.

My wife and I had a lovely mini vacation here over Christmas. Hotel des Coutellier was just right for our stay, and the staff were warm and friendly. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. We'd love to come back.

Breakfast delivered to the room was such a nice touch. We enjoyed eating in bed before heading out to explore the beautiful city, whose quaint streets make the walk to the old town feel shorter than it is. The cruise port is about a 20-minute walk away, which could be useful when 3,500 others are trying to get transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we loved this lovely hotel. I'd recommend it highly, and don't think you'd regret staying here or visiting this fantastic city.
