My friends saw a rat in the kitchen on the first night, and we heard scratching in the walls all weekend. There are photos in other reviews where you can see the problem too. This place should be avoided for several reasons. The smoke alarm didn’t work, and a friend was electrocuted while walking on the floor. We have video footage of it. There were 15 of us, but I found only three towels. The coffee machine was full of mold. The owner will probably say my name isn’t in his register because the booking was under my friend’s name. He came to set traps and said this had happened to him three years ago, but judging from the other reviews, he clearly knew about it. I could go on. Stay away!

Our family gathering went well, with 15 of us and enough dishes and equipment for everyone. The house was very clean, including the bathroom and bedding. Our host greeted us on arrival with a warm welcome. We recommend the place for its proximity to amenities and easy access to various tourist attractions in Quebec City. Thanks to our host for the warm welcome.
