Staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the location works well for park and fly. If you have an early flight, avoid a ground-floor room. Outside lights and people gathering to smoke and talk made it hard to sleep.

The room was clean and spacious, but there was no elevator, comb, or slippers. The bigger concern came while we were in the jacuzzi: a child on the third floor repeatedly threw playground wood chips down on us. It was really annoying, and also a safety issue if a child can easily drop things onto guests below. I hope the hotel addresses it.

The staff were all really pleasant, and the price was good. There’s plenty to do nearby, and Old Quebec City is less than a 30-minute drive away. Our garden-view room faced a waterfall that kept the sound of planes overhead from reaching us, even though the hotel is close to the airport.

The pool in the lobby was cool, but the place felt dirty and dated and needs a revamp. I booked through Expedia, so I assume we got the worst room. Security was our main concern: everyone could access the sliding door in room 138, and the security bar didn’t work. We only realized this on our last night, when our seven-year-old daughter opened the door easily even though we thought it was locked. The other photos I’ve attached show more gross things, and there didn’t seem to be much attention to pool cleanliness or detail. The front desk was rude. I wouldn’t return.

Getting into the city is easy at any hour, and the airport is easy to reach too. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the hotel was surprisingly nice for what we paid. Definitely recommend it.
