Move on. Camp or sleep in your vehicle. No front desk, no service, and I didn’t even see staff. We arrived late, called ahead to confirm availability, stayed, and paid. A quick kick to a room door could have sorted everything out: sleep the night and be gone. We paid for a day, stayed around 12 hours, and still respected checkout time. Sad state. Save yourself the frustration. I won’t recommend or visit again. Do NOT use Prestige.

For one quick night, it wasn’t bad. The rooms were cute and clean enough, though the baseboards were dusty and the bathroom was old. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in, since I wasn’t sure what to expect. Bring earplugs or a noise machine: the walls are paper thin, and you can hear a pen drop upstairs. The person above us sounded like they were doing a deep clean at midnight, with water running and furniture moving. Not ideal.

Good value for a one-night getaway. The room was clean, the AC worked really well, and the bathroom looked fairly new. There was cable TV, and Radium’s attractions are all within walking distance. One thing to watch: check-in is at the prestige hotel across the main road. It’s in the welcome email, but easy to miss if you skim it like I did.

For the price, especially in peak season, it was a great stay. Since management has changed, check-in is at the Prestige Hotel. Its pool wasn’t in service, so they kindly gave us a voucher for the Radium Hot Springs. The room was clean, the king-sized bed comfortable, and the AC was excellent during the heat wave. Lighting was the main room issue: there was no overhead light, and one of the two lamps didn’t work. We could also hear the upstairs neighbours very clearly. Still, we had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Radium Hot Springs. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the location was nice. I liked the colorful lights at night, and it was great to use the pool at the mother hotel, Prestige. The service there was excellent, and we really enjoyed the Conrad restaurant.
