The location is perfect, right near downtown, and the rooms were very clean. I booked at the last minute and had a great experience. We had two deluxe rooms, both recently renovated and amazing for the price in the area. Mel, who I spoke with twice, was really helpful and friendly.

The location is hard to beat, and the room was clean enough for me, about a 3/5. We stayed five nights with my partner, but there were several silverfish in the room during our stay. The old building makes it seem like there may be an infestation. Maybe bugs bother me more than most people, but I found it pretty gross and wanted to mention it.

You're right in town here, within walking distance of nearly everything, and I could park right out front. It seemed safe, and the room had been nicely updated for an older place. I needed one night in town and found it clean and quiet, with a decent price compared with the chain hotels by the highway. Booking online through their website was easy, and check-in was friendly and straightforward, with a key drop for the morning. I'd recommend supporting this local business and will probably come back myself.

There was plenty of snow at Christmas, and the service was good. The room was clean and the furniture was new, but as a European I'd have preferred more open space instead of so many beds. The split air-conditioning unit wasn't that noisy, though it still made some noise.
