We stayed last July and were charged $50 more than the price we were offered. There was no one available to discuss it when we arrived or the next morning. You get a code to open the lockbox for your key and receipt. We've tried reaching out twice about the extra charge, and it still hasn't been resolved.

There wasn't anyone on site, so you call to reserve and pick up the key from a Master Lock on the door. The process was simple, which was fine with me. The room was clean and okay for the price, but really small, with a door connecting to the other side, so there wasn't much privacy.

For a less expensive hotel, it's very clean. If you're passing through Rimouski, this is a good place to stay, and there's a nice walk out front of the motel with a view of the water.

Clean, in a good location, and good overall. We did have trouble at reception, though. They couldn't speak English, even for important words you'd expect a motel owner to know.

We booked a large room for four on the second floor. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of information about places to get breakfast. Recommended.
