The motel has a great view, but this second visit left me extremely disappointed. Last time was really nice, with a big, clean room. This time we booked for four people, expecting two double beds, but were put in a room with only one. We mentioned it at the entry, and they said they didn't understand because the resource we used to rent supposedly showed something different, even though it had been agreed over the phone. Then they charged us for two single beds because there weren't enough beds for us to sleep in. The room smelled as if it had just been cleaned, but the bathroom still had towels from the previous guests. The shower soap containers were empty, and one had hand soap instead of body wash or shampoo. Even the toilet paper was already half used. I really don't understand why this happened.

The riverfront setting is the real highlight, especially with those spectacular sunsets every day. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, with the essentials provided and nothing important missing.

We were a day late because bad weather affected our small-plane flight to Rimouski, and they didn’t charge us for cancelling that night. We’ll definitely return. The staff were friendly, and our recently renovated room was clean and had a kitchen. In my opinion, it’s the best value in the area, with a superb river view. There’s a restaurant right next door, and Pointe-au-Père maritime museum is an easy walk away.

Mr.Mohamed at reception was especially helpful and professional, and made sure everyone was comfortable. The rooms were clean and nice, and the location worked perfectly for us. We had a very good stay and would highly recommend it.

One of the two beds was a bit less comfortable, but we still had a really good stay. The staff were lovely. It does feel somewhat pricey for a motel.
