When we first moved to Rossland, Jodie was our property manager at Mountain Town Properties. She was thoughtful and helpful, and kept us informed about our rights as tenants in BC. We had such a good experience that we asked her to represent us when we bought a home. She helped us quickly find a place that suited what we wanted and needed. After moving away from beautiful Rossland, we asked Jodie to represent us in selling our home too. She made the process smooth and painless, kept us informed at every step, and coordinated everything from afar. Jodie was one of our first contacts in town, and we’re grateful for all her help. The other Mountain Town Properties staff we met were wonderfully kind and helpful as well. We’d absolutely recommend MTP for anyone looking for housing in Rossland.

Buying a commercial property in Rossland while living in Australia turned out to be an easy process, thanks to Moka. She went above and beyond with negotiations, arranging building inspections, video calls timed for Australia, and constant communication from start to finish. She was the best real estate agent I could have hoped for :). I can 100 per cent recommend Moka and Jodie from Mountain Town Properties. Their local knowledge of accountants, lawyers, and insurance agents made everything simple and stress-free. A true gem of a team in a true gem of a town.
