We love this hotel. The staff are lovely ❤️, and the location is one of the reasons we keep coming back.

We were charged the same price but got a much smaller room than the one we booked. Getting towels was a whole hassle, and there was garbage left in the room with no towels at all. I felt like I had to give up my firstborn just to get anything done. We got NO SERVICE. When I said the service was bad to the staff, I was told that was threatening. What a rip-off, overcharging and underdelivering. First time here, and the service was lousy. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Both times I stayed, workers just walked into my room. Service was slow too, so I wouldn't recommend going there.

The rooms were really nice, and the complimentary breakfast was decent. One of the better Comfort Inn's I've stayed at in North America.

The drive-up setup was handy, and the lot had been cleared of snow by morning. It was a quiet, very nice stop on my travels, with an amazing breakfast. Thanks for a wonderful couple of nights. I'd stay again.
