Motel Panoramique

I spent a few months at Motel Panoramique in Chicoutimi, and it really became a home away from home. The views are breathtaking and were a definite highlight. Rooms stayed clean and well cared for, and the amenities were just what I expected, with the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff and service were outstanding, always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. I'd highly recommend Motel Panoramique for short visits or longer stays if you want a welcoming place with a memorable view.

Check-in and checkout are so easy thanks to the friendly, helpful staff. I'm learning French again and speak it slowly, but that wasn't a problem at all. The staff were great. The room was cozy and had everything we needed: a Keurig machine, heat pump, place to sit and eat, TV, fridge, and a shower and bath combo. You can ask at the front desk for more coffee or cups. Rooms are affordable, clean, spacious, pet friendly, and have comfortable beds. The location is lovely, especially for the price. I also appreciate that the power bars are raised off the floor. It helps keep things tidy and is safer for pets. A small detail, but a nice one.

The warm pool is open from 8 AM to 10 PM, and the views can be spectacular. It's a real gem of a family run business, with friendly, helpful staff throughout. This place feels like magic.

The room was on the small side, though they've been making a lot of upgrades within the space they have. The only real snag was a cable box acting up, so there was no TV. Everything I saw was clean and pleasant. It's a cute motel right by the river, with lovely views, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was clean and pleasantly warm on the day I visited. The flowers and gardens were great too.
