The hosts were great, the house was beautiful, and the food was delicious. I couldn’t sleep at all because there was no air conditioning, though. I’d recommend staying here from fall through spring.

Expedia really tried to help and found us another room, which we appreciated. We never got to stay here, though. We first arrived at 2:30pm and, since the reservation said check-in was at 4pm, went to a pub to watch a world cup game. At 5 pm the place still looked completely closed, with nobody around. I walked all over the grounds, then called the contact number, which went straight to voice mail, and left a message. Expedia also couldn’t get through to them. We ended up sitting on the porch listening to loud traffic while Expedia sorted out somewhere else for us to stay.

Quiet, clean, quaint, and beautiful. The hostess was kind and made a wonderful breakfast. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast was tasty, and the price was very reasonable. It’s a historic, cute house, and the hosts were so nice and made sure we felt welcome.
