The rooms are spacious, modern, and the front desk staff were great, polite and friendly. That's where the positives end, unfortunately. My room faced the motorway and was extremely noisy. I couldn't fall asleep. I asked three times to change rooms, but was told they were full, so I spent all five nights there without sleep. They gave me earplugs, which wasn't a nice experience after a 12-hour trip when I needed to perform at high speed for over a week. Breakfast was a letdown. It came with plastic cutlery. The first two days had a reasonable selection, but on the last day, before 8 a.m., there was no fruit or eggs, basically just sausages deep-fried in old oil. The hotel has potential and might be good value, but I wouldn't stay a second time. Five sleepless nights were enough. On my last day, my bed hadn't even been made. I was too tired to ask for service after the place had fallen short in so many ways.

There are several restaurants nearby that you can walk to safely. The rooms are modern, and I loved them. The pool was clean, though not shallow. Breakfast is served, and there is key card access. The open fridge charges your credit card. Great place to go, highly recommend.

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, the real highlight for me. I haven't had customer service this good in a long time. The hotel was clean and modern, with very comfortable beds. Restaurants are within walking distance, and there's also a gas station nearby.

Everything else was fantastic: the room was lovely and the front desk receptionists were very friendly. The blankets were the one downside, too thin and uncomfortable.

After the long drive from Toronto, this was a comfortable place to stop for one night. The rooms were decent and breakfast was okay. Its location works well for an overnight stay when you want a good shower and breakfast before getting back on the road early.
