Hôtel Le Dauphin Saint-Hyacinthe

We had a great night in a quiet, very clean room with a lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. Breakfast coffee was very good too, a real plus. We'll be back!

The reception staff were especially welcoming and suggested La Baboche bistro, where the food was absolutely delicious. That recommendation made our visit even more memorable. We had a fantastic stay in this modern, beautifully designed hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Excellent service all around, and we'll definitely return.

The breakfast could've been a lot better, lol. Still, this is a super nice, clean, modern hotel, with a Mac computer in the room, really! There's a delicious restaurant open 24 hours within walking distance, and the bed was perfect, soft, with a reasonable late checkout. Thanks to the staff and manager for being supportive and accommodating. I booked his reservation and accidentally cancelled it a few minutes later. We booked again, and even though getting a refund for the mistake was an ordeal, management and the staff helped us through it. Thank you, team.

There was a cockroach in our room, which made me worry about how clean the food was in the kitchen and breakfast room. They offered us another room, but I felt changing rooms wouldn't help since cockroaches live throughout the building, especially near food. The second day, after we came back from a trip to Quebec city, my son asked the front desk for a fresh set of towels. They said they'd send them to our room, but they never came. I know this hotel isn't expensive, but the service quality was really poor.
