When I raised the issue politely at the front desk, I was told that a full cleaning is only done every five days. Nobody mentioned this policy when I booked or checked in. At the price I paid, I expected basic daily cleaning, especially in the bathroom, rather than just trash removal. Having to clean the room myself or put up with dirty floors isn't what I expect from a Holiday Inn, and it seriously spoiled what should have been a comfortable stay. During my stay at the Holiday Inn Waterloo, housekeeping barely cleaned the room. They emptied the trash and made the bed superficially, but didn't properly clean either the bedroom or bathroom floor. Dirt, dust, and hair were visible on the bathroom floor for the entire stay. It felt unsanitary and uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about cleanliness and hygiene. I hope management reviews this policy, because it falls well below what I'd expect from this brand.

The staff, especially Simran and Bhavya, were helpful, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm, willing service made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety. We had a wonderful visit that exceeded our expectations, and I'd highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and excellent service.

Saturday Farmer’s Market was just across from the hotel, which was superb! After a long day of travel, it was a relief to arrive somewhere welcoming, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. The room had what we needed, the bed was super comfy, and the staff always had a smile.

The location worked perfectly for us, with everything we needed close by. Our room was spotless, well kept, and comfortable, so relaxing was easy. From arrival, the staff were warm, friendly, and very attentive. You can tell they care about guests' experience. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

We chose this hotel for a Mother’s Day weekend getaway, and the staff made it feel extra special. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and when we asked, they put together a thoughtful little gesture for Mother’s Day. The room and amenities were spotless and comfortable, and breakfast was great. We had an amazing stay.
