10/10
The heated pool was a nice extra, and the gym had good cardio equipment. Breakfast also went beyond what I expected, with plenty of choices like sausages, beans, eggs, tater tots, and more. My room was very clean, and when I arrived a day earlier than planned, staff changed the reservation without any trouble. Service was impeccable. A very good stay, better than I expected.

We booked five rooms for a family reunion, and they were all clean and comfortable. The water pressure was strong, and the water got nice and hot. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty available, about what I'd expect. Getting fresh-ground coffee made the way I like it was a treat. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't get to swim, but I had a look at the pool and it looked lovely. We'll stay here again if we're in the area.

I raised my concerns with management, but they ignored me. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat, and there was dust everywhere, dirty carpeting, and a bad smell that lingered in the room. The photos make the hotel look nice, but the actual place was completely different. Never again.

The hotel is dated, though my room was very clean and the staff were pleasant. It's in a good location and was quiet. Breakfast looked busy when it was being served, but I didn't eat any, so I can't comment on it. A good stay overall, and I'd recommend it.

I barely got any sleep. A construction crew was renovating on the night shift, and all night long I could hear them hammering downstairs.
