We came for our daughter's CAF graduation, and the front desk staff made a big difference. David and Marie-Soleil handled our requests with a sincere smile and made everything easy. They arranged an early check-in, late check-out, and a secure place for our luggage while we attended her special day. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks. Staff like that deserve to be celebrated! The room hadn't been cleaned properly. The toilet was disgusting, with leftovers from the previous guests, and the coffee maker was unusable because the inside was murky when I tried to add water. I reported it and was told to get coffee downstairs, then they tried to charge me $4 for it. Staff had also told me breakfast was included, but at checkout the next morning we were told it wasn't. There wasn't even complimentary water in the room. Check-in took almost 20 minutes because the front desk agent kept failing to process our card and saying, “Sorry, my mistake.” It was frustrating and unprofessional. Between the dirty bathroom, poor cleaning, broken coffee maker, attempted extra charges, missing basics, and contradictory information, the stay was a disaster from start to finish. They need to improve cleanliness and customer service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

A standout hotel on the veloroute, especially for people touring by bike: they offer a secure place to lock up bicycles. The rooms are a good size, with a big bed and all the necessary amenities. It's quiet despite being opposite a strip mall and police station, and just a five-minute walk from the river in one direction and town in the other. This hotel was a gem and went well beyond what I expected. Highly recommend.

For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. The room smelled awful, the sheets looked used, and the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned before I arrived. I asked the front desk for help, but they didn't seem to care. A complete disappointment.
