A Tanners Home Inn Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast was delicious, and they catered to individual dietary needs. The Bed n Breakfast is centrally located, so it was easy to walk to good restaurants and activities. The hosts were a lovely couple with plenty of knowledge about the city and surrounding areas. We'd stay again on our next visit.

Breakfast was superb each day during my wife's three-night stay, and the place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Dorina and Sebastian were especially kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their hospitality made the experience memorable. Highly recommended!

The hosts were delightful, kind people who really looked after their guests. I hit traffic on my first visit to St. John and arrived several hours later than expected, but they greeted me warmly, showed me to my clean, nice room with a big bed, and had remembered to take my breakfast order. The hostess made breakfast to order, and the food was delicious. She also pointed out things to do in St. John, which made the visit enjoyable and set me up for a great adventure in Canada. I really appreciated their generous hospitality. Tanner's Home is where I'll always stay when I'm in St. John.

The lady of the house was so cordial that it felt like visiting home, and the place was the best. We stayed two nights here on our way to and from Nova Scotia. The home has beautiful crown molding, elegant period furniture, lots of windows, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional, with fresh fruit, eggs, meat, or pancakes made to suit your preferences.
