We spent a lovely morning having coffee on the patio and enjoyed how quiet and friendly the neighborhood was. Inside, the living area was cozy, the place was spotless and nicely decorated, and the thoughtful little touches made it feel special. From the moment we arrived at 10th Avenue Airbnb in Hanover, we felt at home. The hosts were warm and made sure we had what we needed. Greg & Dona

Anne's breakfast was unforgettable, with farm eggs, bacon, potatoes, sourdough and tomatoes from her garden. We slept so well in the comfortable Sunrise room. We came by bicycle on a two-woman bikepacking trip, and Leah and Anne welcomed us along with Bella and Bailey. They kindly let us rinse our dusty bikes and gear and kept the cycles safe in their garage. Such lovely hosts. Thanks for a memorable stay, and hugs to Bella and Bailey. :-)

I've stayed at this B&B several times, and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Anne & Leah were wonderful hostesses, and the food was plentiful and delicious. I really can't understand the negative reviews. They aren't warranted at all.

I came to Hanover for a coaching clinic and stayed the night. I've spent over 10 years involved in rep hockey and stayed in places all the way from Hamilton to Windsor, and this was one of my favorites by far. The house has loads of character, and Leah and her mother are even more charming. Leah was so welcoming and friendly, and the place was clean, cozy and accommodating. They really know how to run it, and I'd recommend staying here. Some awful reviews nearly put me off booking, though I couldn't see how they could be justified. I'm glad I went ahead. Ignore those disgruntled reviews and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. They insist guests follow a three-page code of conduct, which isn't entirely unreasonable, but then don't provide basics like heat or privacy. The innkeeper threatens to evict you at any opportunity, so it feels like they could decide to throw you out over something as minor as waking up with a headache. The bed may be neatly made, but that doesn't make this the promised “guest house and suites” experience. Customer care is awful. There's a plant in the room that seems like an excuse to snoop while you're out, and none of the doors, even the washroom door, have locks. One or two nights might be okay, but a longer stay feels doomed. They might even call the cops to intimidate you.
