Rainbow Inn

I felt at home from check-in, thanks to the warm, welcoming staff who went out of their way to make the stay go well. The location was ideal, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance, and Perfect area was a lovely place to relax. At Rainbow 🌈 Inn, the rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The bed was really comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I'd happily stay again and recommend 🌈 In to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient, enjoyable visit.

The rooms are great for the price, and the people are great too.

The location is handy, with an easy walk to downtown and the water. The room was fairly clean, but dated and in need of improvement. The TV was tiny, outlets were scarce, the window blind had holes, and the toilet seat looked well worn. The bar fridge was there. Outside, the property looked neglected, and I had safety concerns. We paid $230 for one night, then they tried to add $20 because there were three adults in a room with two double beds. They said they wouldn't charge that for two adults and two kids, but couldn't explain the reason. They ultimately dropped the fee. There was also a refundable $150 charge for possible room damage. Would I return? Not at the current rates with those unnecessary extra fees.

We were on the property for less than ten minutes and didn't stay. The suite we'd booked was so dirty, the bed base looked as if mice had chewed it, and the beds weren't made properly, with a blanket that seemed to have just been tossed on. Dust was so heavy on the futon, which only had a sheet over it, that my allergies started acting up. The staff apologized, but since then they've refused to answer calls or offer a refund. Check your room before paying, and don't book this hotel online.
