It felt like a cozy little cottage or Airbnb, and the location was perfect, just a 5 minute drive from the town of Matane. The views were lovely, with a small beach access that my pup enjoyed. The service was great and very polite. A beautiful place to stay whether you bring a furry companion or not. We'll most definitely come back!

The price was affordable, and the private waterfront beach was great for tidepooling and watching birds. The cute, pleasant room had all the amenities, including a kitchen area. The highway was a little noisy, but I enjoyed being so close to Matane and the coast.

The beach has an area set aside for guests, and the view really was magnificent. Everything was clean and just as advertised. You can hear some traffic since the motel is right beside the highway, but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed watching the horses at the farm across the road. My only suggestion is to add a shelf beneath the bathroom mirror, since there's hardly anywhere to keep toiletries. We'll be back!
