Valerie was supportive, flexible, and professional throughout the planning, and we couldn't have managed the bar without her and her husband. They kept the drinks flowing and the party going. We hosted nearly 90 guests for our wedding at the Auberge. Rain meant switching to our backup plan, but the day still felt truly special. Our guests keep talking about the beautiful setting and how much fun they had over the weekend. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, and we’re so grateful to the team for a wonderful wedding, rain or shine.

The kitchen had all the essentials, and having two fridges plus one downstairs that could easily be turned into a freezer was a huge help. We only missed a pitcher for milk bags at first, and Valérie, the manager, went out to buy one as soon as we asked. The dining room was a favourite, with large windows looking toward the lake and lots of natural light. Parking was plentiful, which made things easier for our guests, especially one who uses a walker and her family. The rooms were spacious, stylish, clean, and comfortable. Guests loved the location and the inn’s mix of old and new design, inside and out. Both outdoor spaces were lovely, especially the lake view from the front. Auberge du Lac des Sables played a key part in our fantastic wedding weekend. We were impressed by the professionalism and service, which went above and beyond. We recommend it for small or mid-size social events, since the space is versatile. Special thanks to Valérie and her husband for making our stay wonderful!

All our guests were amazed by the Auberge and kept asking how we found this hidden gem. Valerie helped us so much, and we’re grateful for everything she did. Our wedding felt like a dream, with the beautiful inn inside and nature all around it. We can’t wait to hold another event there and highly recommend it.

Valerie, the property manager, was so friendly and went out of her way to help with everything we needed for our special weekend. Her vendor recommendations helped bring our wedding vision to life. Our friends and family loved the rooms, common areas, romantic views, and nearby activities. We got married at the Auberge in August 2025, and it was a perfect place for our small-ish wedding of 55 people. Almost all of our guests, 45 people, could stay there with us, and the rest found nearby accommodations easily. Thanks to Valerie and the Auberge team for everything!

Right on Lac des Sables, the Auberge has lovely views and plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The rooms and shared spaces are tastefully decorated, and the location is gorgeous. I’d happily recommend it for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.
