Collins house is just the place to relax and recharge. It's wonderfully quiet, clean, and has a huge comfortable bed with really soft sheets. This was our first vacation since the pandemic, and exactly the break we needed. We stayed three nights, though I could happily have stayed longer. I loved hearing the birds all day and seeing deer around the property. Dal welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He also had helpful information about the island and places to visit. I'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone after a lovely getaway.

The suite was clean, well appointed, and had a nice ocean view. Dal and Solvieg were excellent hosts, going out of their way to fit us in on short notice after our last minute request. Dal also pointed us toward some great places to eat. We'd gladly stay again on our next Salt Spring visit and highly recommend it.

We were celebrating our three year anniversary, and what a peaceful spot this was. The Sunset Suite is gorgeous and spacious, and I slept ten hours straight each night. Fresh pastries, pressed juice, fruit, and yogurt were such a treat. Both owners are so kind. We'll certainly be back. Thank you 😊❤️

Dal has a helpful list of things to do and excellent suggestions for eating and exploring. We were in our early 30s and my wife and I wished we'd added a few days to enjoy more of the hospitality. It's easy to settle in here for days or even weeks: everything you need is in the room, and Dal carefully restocks the fridge with breakfast for the next morning, which you can enjoy in your living room. We saw how relaxing the whole visit could be, from arrival through departure, and didn't want to return to city life. If you're lucky, you might spot a deer. There's Netflix too, so staying in with takeout is an option. We can't wait to come back.

Cloud 9 was a luxurious, spacious king suite, peaceful and relaxing throughout. We both slept so well in the comfortable bed, with lovely bedding and dreamy pillows. The private balcony was great too, with a nice view of deer in the backyard each evening. We're giving it Five Star PLUS. The friendly hosts shared awesome tips and excellent suggestions for places to see and where to eat. The room is well equipped for eating in, with teas and coffee and excellent amenities. Our best trip to Salt Spring Island ever. We'll be sure to return to Collins House and Cloud 9 in the near future. Thanks, Dal & Solveig, for making the stay so memorable.
