I stayed four nights and was very disappointed. The breakfast was barely adequate, and the room wasn’t cleaned once. I had to deal with it myself. My towels weren’t replaced either, so I had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk and trade them for clean ones. For the price, I expected more.

The rooms were large, clean, and well equipped, and it’s right on the snowmobile trail. Great spot. The only downside was that continental breakfast didn’t start until 7:30 a.m.

Free breakfast was decent, and the bathtubs were big ol’ ones. The thermostat was adjustable too. What more do you need?

Way overpriced. My room was in rough shape, and the heater was super loud. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine and hurt my ears. The sink leaked all over the counter and floor, the shower pressure was awful, and the temperature was bad too. The shower curtain looked ready to fall down. Breakfast was continental, with some of the cheapest food around. Even the bagels tasted so cheap I couldn’t finish half of one.

If you’re in Sept-Iles and want to sleep, look somewhere else. My room was one of the four unlucky ones facing the hotel’s only staircase, so people walked past at every hour. I woke up at 3 a.m. when people passed by, and the fire door was so loud when it shut. There’s no sound isolation at all. With my laptop door closed, I could hear my YouTube video out in the hallway.
