Albert's

We only had one night at this waterfront spot, but it was so relaxing we didn't want to get out of bed the next morning. The Classic King Room was roomy, with a rustic, timeless feel, and more than comfortable for two. The owner, Stephanie, was kind and helpful. Coffee, tea, cookies and more were set out in the hallway. The inn sits along the waterfront stroll, and the downtown strip is just a two-minute walk away. We'll be back.

Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed and pointed us toward dinner spots. The room was spotless and cozy, just right for relaxing, and we felt welcomed and looked after as soon as we arrived. We also really liked the coffee and tea bar, with its good coffee and nice selection. We'd definitely come back.

The view was so beautiful and peaceful, and the whole place had a quiet, homey feel. We were greeted cheerfully with hot cider, and it was decorated for Christmas, with little festive touches in our spacious upgraded room, including a Kinder Santa left on the bed. The coffee and tea bar in the hallway was available for everyone to use anytime. Our stay was perfect from arrival through checkout, and we'll definitely be back.

The view from our suite over Shelburne harbour was spectacular, with windows covering two full walls. Stephanie, the owner, welcomed us warmly and unexpectedly upgraded us when we checked in for one night while attending an event in Shelburne. The spacious, comfortable suite had the amenities you'd expect at an Airb&b, including a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery, a coffee maker with plenty of pods, and a roomy bathroom with a whirlpool tub. Stephanie was a gracious host, and we couldn't have asked for more. Even though our visit was short, we'll be back. The view alone was worth the price, and I'd happily recommend Albert's to anyone visiting the Shelburne area.
