The waitress/check-in agent was a bright spot on a rainy day, and the service was excellent. Our room was clean, with a fun Murphy bed and a huge shower. We had a wonderful one-night stay in the Starbuck room, with a great view of the water. I'd definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights in Capt. Pike's Quarters in September and enjoyed our visit. The room was quaint, clean, and nicely equipped, with a TV that had Netflix. The town was very quiet, and the inn sits above the restaurant right on the water. Staff were accommodating.

The staff were nice, but the room we paid 136 bucks for was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. We had to pull the bed away from the wall, and once it was out, there was no space left. It was uncomfortable and really only suited to one person. The two pillows were thin and awful, and the quilt was paper-thin and cold. The fridge was warm and damp when we arrived, and it wasn't even plugged in. We also had to carry all our luggage through the restaurant to get to the room. Overall, a disaster.

We arrived at night, and the owner opened the room so we could take a look. We decided to stay and were very glad we did. During our February 2021 visit, the room was large and comfortable, and both the harbourfront and the views were spectacular.

We had the seafood chowder downstairs, and the serving was huge and tasty. The bed was comfy, the decor was cute, and the bathtub in captain pikes room was deep. A fun stay in a quiet, cute seaside town. We'd come back.
