Loyalist Inn & Suites

We were impressed throughout our four-night stay. Check-in was easy online, and although there was no reception desk, we had all the hotel codes on arrival. Snacks were waiting for us, with no extra charge for water. The room was beautiful and very clean, and it was a nice change not to have plastic glasses or cups. The housekeeper was accommodating, and the place was quiet and convenient to everything. We'd love to see breakfast offered there someday. There isn't an elevator, but that wasn't a problem for us, even in our late 70s, since we can still manage stairs. We'd stay again without hesitation. I woke up feeling incredibly well rested. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathboom was excellent. It’s a lovely blend of old world charm and new renovations. One of the best nights of sleep I’ve had, 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The online setup with door codes worked well for me, though I can see how some people might not like having no front desk. The room was lovely, clean, and well appointed, with complimentary snacks and water. Just be aware that every room is on the second or third floor, which was tough for us older folks with the stairs. There isn’t much to do in town, but there’s a nice restaurant across the street, and we used the nearby laundromat.

I’m glad this building has been restored as a welcoming inn. The common areas and dining room felt lovely and inviting, and our clean room was well stocked. The location couldn’t be better, and the price was phenomenal. We had an excellent stay at the Loyalist Inn.
