The receptionist was nice and answered all our questions during our pleasant overnight stay. The property and rooms are dated, though well maintained and clean. Its location is handy, just down the road from a few restaurants and a grocery store.

The hotel was good, though the room's old carpet didn't feel clean enough. Breakfast could use more variety and fresh fruit.

I've stayed here for work, and it's been awesome. The staff are always ready to help, and when something goes wrong, they fix it. It really feels like a home away from home. Thanks for a great experience.

The service was lousy. I booked a one-night room for our son using points, but they wouldn't let him stay because he didn't have a card for the damage deposit.

6/10
The staff were friendly and accommodating, but this is basically just somewhere to spend a night while traveling, with no real hotel services. There's no gym, pool, or hot tub. The rooms were okay but smelled a little musty, and the place needs an overall. Most of all, there's no elevator, which should be clearly stated on the website. We had large suitcases and struggled to get them up the narrow stairs. I would have booked elsewhere if I'd known.
