We loved the personal care we received, especially from Omar and Christelle, who went above and beyond. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful, from check-in through checkout, and the hotel and our room were very clean. The bed was a highlight, with a super comfortable mattress, dreamy bedding, and blackout shades. We slept in for the first time on our trip. Breakfast was the only meal we had there, and it was excellent. The food was well prepared, and the wait staff were friendly, attentive, and quick. We'd happily stay at Delta Hotels Sherbrooke Conference Centre again and recommend it without hesitation.

The hotel has had recent renovations, and the rooms are clean with no carpets. There's no pool, and, more concerning, no room service when the restaurant is closed. It's not even open for lunch. We booked a suite but were moved to a 'deluxe' room that was half the size, supposedly as an upgrade. What exactly was upgraded? There are fewer Hocmey teams here on weekends.

As a Marriott platinum member, I chose this hotel, but it was old and the facilities weren't good. My suite wasn't warm enough because the baseboards weren't working, so we had to ask for a portable heater. It was loud all night. If I weren't a member, I'd stay at the place next door instead, since it has a pool and sauna and is cheaper.

The room looked newly renovated and was very clean. Since it was our anniversary, we asked for an upgrade and received a suite. The staff were attentive and came by to wish us a happy anniversary, with a small bottle of sparkling wine and a lovely handwritten note. Thanks to Christelle for making our stay so pleasant!

They make you feel at home and treat you well. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely set up, and the front desk staff are awesome.
